Convention 2017, October 27th -- October 29th 2017

The Ultimate Origami Convention 2017 will take place in the centre international de séjour de Lyon (CISL), from Friday October 27th to Sunday October 29th, 2017. Holding the convention at the CISL allows

• to have enough space for the convention and welcome more participants,
• to use the center's restaurants for lunch and dinner,
• to get rooms on site for the participants.

Contact and registration

In order to simplify registration, everything is done via our partner's website. Payment can be made online and is given back to the OORAA association for organising the convention.

• The price depends on how long you are staying at the convention: one, two or the whole three days!
  • one day is 65€ (70€ after the 15th of September),
  • two days are 80€ (90€ after the 15th of September),
  • three days are 90€ (100€ after the 15th of September).
• It is possible to ask for a room at the CISL, which mean you don't have to commute to the convention... Prices are:
  • double room (twin beds), with private shower, shared toilets: 29€ per person,
  • double room (twin beds), with private shower and toilets: 39€ per person,
  • single room with private shower, shared toilets: 39€,
  • single room with private shower and toilets: 51€,
  • double room with private shower, shared toilets: 58€,
  • double room with private shower and toilets: 78€,
  The CISL isn't a normal hotel and you cannot book a room yourself, which is why you have to do it when registering.

• For meals, the easiest is to eat at the CISL's restaurant. The basic meal is 9€50, which you have to pay there.
